Janelle Holland joined the CommunityAmerica family in 2019 as the Assistant Branch Manager of our Todd George Branch in Lee’s Summit and she currently serves as a Financial Well-Being Coach at our Hickman Mills Community Access Center. Janelle has worked in the service industry for over 10 years and is extremely passionate about helping people and watching them succeed. She shared that her time working at CommunityAmerica has only furthered her passion for serving our members and our community. Her favorite aspect of being a Financial Well-Being Coach is getting to know our members and building a relationship so she can make their experience a more personable than a traditional financial institution.

Outside of work, Janelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching reruns of 90's sitcoms, shopping for great deals, supporting local businesses, and venturing out into the city.

She looks forward to continuing coaching members through their financial concerns to get them on a path to achieve financial peace of mind.
