Rance works with individuals and families that want to find a way to enjoy their true passions, whether that is traveling the world, spending more time with the grandkids, or ensuring a legacy after they are gone.

Rance works with clients to truly understand the “why” behind their goals so he can create a financial path that will help them get there. Depending on their goals, conversations could include how a family Trust might be appropriate, how to prepare for a steady income at retirement, or evaluating what life insurance or long-term care coverage they may need to protect them as they grow older.

Rance's passion about being an advisor is to see clients reach milestones that ultimately help them achieve their dreams.

Rance's wife and their three boys call Kansas City home, and they value being involved with several non-profit groups, including Northland Christian School. In his free time, Rance enjoys golfing, being outdoors, and relaxing with family at the beach.
