Lisa joined CommunityAmerica in 1995, and during her tenure has overseen nearly every function of the credit union. Since becoming CEO in 2015, Lisa has grown the credit union from $1.5 billion to almost $10 billion in assets. With a mission to help members achieve financial peace of mind at every life stage, the credit union has launched new business divisions, advanced strategic initiatives, and expanded its national footprint resulting in resulting in a presence across Arkansas, California, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, Tennessee, and Texas.

Whitney leads business development, product development, brand, marketing, communications, and community relations. She is responsible for driving growth through strategic initiatives, member engagement, and community impact.

Kendice oversees enterprise risk management, compliance, legal, and fraud. She leads efforts to ensure the organization operates safely, soundly, and in alignment with regulatory and governance standards.  

Mike provides strategic leadership for the branches and Community Access Centers, mortgage and consumer lending, commercial banking aligning operations with organizational goals and member needs.

Gordon leads integration and expansion initiatives, enterprise-wide project strategy, and audit at the credit union. He focuses on advancing organizational priorities and driving execution across the credit union.  

Chief Financial Officer

Rhonda is responsible for the direction and oversight of all financial activities including finance, accounting, and procurement. She ensures financial strength, stewardship, and operational efficiency across the credit union.

Ravi oversees the information technology organization including data analytics, technology infrastructure and support, information security, and digital technology. He is responsible for enabling secure, reliable, and innovative solutions that support the credit union and its members.

Tim leads CUSO One, a wholly owned subsidiary of CommunityAmerica, providing white-labeled, full service financial, wealth, insurance, and mortgage services to credit unions across the nation and members all over the world.

Julie leads all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations and HR operations.  Julie and her team focus on building a “people first culture” to fuel the credit union’s ability to provide exceptional service to its members.

Rick is responsible for the “voice of the member” and leads CommunityAmerica’s member-facing channels including the Call Center, account resolutions and recovery, and card and deposit operations. He also oversees advocacy on behalf of the credit union and its members.
