CommunityAmerica UMSL Alumni Night at the Ballpark Event Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”)

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

CommunityAmerica Credit Union (“Sponsor”) and this Sweepstakes are in no way endorsed or administered by UMSL or UMSL Alumni Association, St. Louis Cardinals, or any other company or person shown in marketing or communications for this Sweepstakes.

1. ELIGIBILITY:

This Sweepstakes is open to UMSL Alumni Night at the Ballpark Event attendees who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes:

a) employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers or employees;

b) officers, employees or agents of any organizations directly involved with this Sweepstakes, including any co-sponsor of the Sweepstakes;

c) immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the persons identified in (a) and (b) above.

2. HOW TO ENTER:

a) The Sweepstakes begins on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. Central Time ("CT") and ends Monday, September 22, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. CT ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes will take place on a CommunityAmerica landing page and be promoted through flyers posted at the CommunityAmerica booth at the UMSL Alumni Night at the Ballpark Event on Friday, September 19, 2025. One entry per individual, per entry method during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor's computer will be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

b) Automatic entry when individuals complete the entry form at CommunityAmerica.com/More/Giveaways/UMSLAlumni, providing their name, phone number and email address. Limit of one entry form per person.

c) As an alternate method of entry, individuals may enter by calling 314.503.5320 and leaving us a message providing us their name, phone number, and email address no later than 11:00 A.M. CT on Monday, September 22, 2025. One entry per individual.

Entries submitted via any other method will NOT be accepted.

3. ODDS OF WINNING:

The actual odds of winning will depend upon the actual number of entries received for this sweepstakes.

4. RANDOM DRAWING:

On or about Friday, September 26, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. CT, there will be a random drawing. There will be two (2) “Winners” drawn in total, from the landing page and any phone call entries received. The winners will be notified as outlined in #7 - "Claiming Prize" (below).  

5. PRIZE:

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Masyn Winn Cardinals Jersey (valued at $150), and one (1) winner will receive two (2) all-inclusive tickets to the CommunityAmerica Cardinals Club for a 2026 regular season game on a date mutually agreeable to the winner and CommunityAmerica Credit Union (valued at $1,000).

Two (2) winners will be determined as described in Section 4. The winners will each receive one (1) prize in total. Each of the two (2) winners must individually confirm their acceptance by Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. CT to avoid being considered forfeited, and prompting a new winner to be randomly drawn for their applicable prize.

6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:

Prizes are not transferable. Federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified are the responsibility of the winner, and a Form 1099 may be issued at the 2025-year end. Additional restrictions may apply. Only the prizes specified above will be awarded. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor shall only be responsible for awarding the number of prizes as stated in these rules. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of prizes awarded.  

7. CLAIMING PRIZE: 

All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. Winners will be notified by phone call or email on or about Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. CT. As a condition of winning the prizes, the winners may be asked to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, where permitted by law, and any other applicable forms required by a taxing authority, or prizes will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The prize is deemed delivered when the winner picks up the prize at the Maryland Heights branch at 1805 Craigshire Road, Maryland Heights, MO 63146. By accepting the prizes, the winner consents to Sponsor’s use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, address, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. If any correspondence of the Sweepstakes judge is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner. Should a winner make any false statement(s) in any document referenced above, the winner will be required to promptly return to Sponsor his/her prize. Any unclaimed prizes will be awarded in a random drawing to be held, as necessary.  

8. PRIVACY: 

Please review the Sponsor's privacy policy here. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you hereby agree to Sponsor's collection, use, and publication of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy.  

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

b) Additionally, by participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, hold harmless the UMSL Alumni Association and the St. Louis Cardinals from any and all liability whatsoever and acknowledge that this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with UMSL Alumni Association or St. Louis Cardinals

10. MISCELLANEOUS CONDITIONS:

By participating, entrants agree: a.) to be bound by and comply with these Official Rules, and b.) that all decisions of the judges and of CommunityAmerica with regard to this Sweepstakes are final and binding in all respects.

If you win, you consent to your name being published on a list of winners. This Sweepstakes is an independent Sweepstakes. Should a catastrophic or other unforeseen event occur that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled, and this unforeseen event affects the fairness and/or integrity of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes. This right is reserved, whether the unforeseen event is due to human or technical error. If a solution cannot be found to restore the contest's integrity, we reserve the right to select winners from among all eligible entries received before we cancel, change, or suspend the contest. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming, or operator errors.

11. CHOICE OF LAW:

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.  

12. WINNERS LIST:

For the name of the winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “CommunityAmerica Credit Union Attn: Mike O’Brien – UMSL Alumni Night at the Ballpark Event Sweepstakes – Winners’ List”, 1850 Craigshire Road, St. Louis, MO 63146. Requests must be received by Friday, December 26, 2025.
