Viewing Joint Accounts

As part of the upcoming conversion, any accounts where you're listed as an owner, including joint accounts, will automatically appear in your Online Banking and Mobile App. Joint account owners will also be able to view the shared account through their own personal login. If you notice anything that needs to be adjusted after the conversion, you’ll still be able to make changes as needed.

How do I set up Direct Deposit?

Setting up Direct Deposit with your employer is quick and easy in Online Banking and the Mobile App. It can be found via desktop under the "Account Requests" tab of Online Banking, or by viewing your account number in the Mobile App. Click here for a helpful video if you need further assistance.

How do I enroll in eStatements?

From a desktop, log into Online Banking, navigate to the Statements/Notices tab and select eStatement Enrollment. If you need further guidance, check out this helpful video.

Where can I find my account and routing number?

Your account and routing number can be found in Online Banking and the Mobile App. Simply select your desired account and click Account Details. You should have also received a letter to help identify which UNIFY account became which CommunityAmerica account.

Can I still use my member number when I call or visit a branch?

Yes. CommunityAmerica may ask for your account number, but you can still use your membership number to identify yourself if you prefer.

How do I update my Overdraft Protection preferences?

Overdraft Protection preferences set how you want ATM and Debit Card transactions that trigger an overdraft to be managed, and these preferences can be updated via desktop in Online Banking. How do I set up Bill Payments or Recurring Transfers?

Online bill pay may be set up in Online Banking or the Mobile App. You can easily set up recurring payments for monthly expenses or send one-time payments as needed.

Most of your recurring bill payments and transfers from UNIFY were carried over to CommunityAmerica Online Banking. Be sure to review what is set up before creating new recurring transactions.

How do I set up an internal transfer between my CommunityAmerica accounts?

You can transfer money seamlessly between your CommunityAmerica accounts via Online Banking and our Mobile App. You can set up single transfers, or automatically recurring transfers to happen as often as you would like.

How do I set up a transfer between my CommunityAmerica account and an account at another institution?

Online Banking and the Mobile App make it easy to transfer money to accounts you have at other financial institutions. In Online Banking, select the "Money Transfers" tab and click "External Transfer." In the Mobile App, select "More" and then "Make External Transfer."

Does CommunityAmerica offer Mobile Check Deposit?

Yes! Depositing a check has never been easier than with the CommunityAmerica Mobile App. Simply select "Check Deposit" at the bottom of the app and follow the on-screen prompts to deposit a check into your desired account. Watch this helpful video for more guideance.

Can I still use Text Banking?

Yes! In order to activate Text Banking, you’ll need to re-enroll within CommunityAmerica Digital Banking. Once that's done, you can text the commands below to 226563 and enjoy Text Banking.

LIST - - list of available commands

BAL - - List of account balances

HIST - - account history

XFER - <account nickname1> <account nickname2> <amount> - transfer funds from one account to another. Enter full amount using dollar, decimal and cents.

STOP - - disable text banking for the enrolled mobile device (To reactivate, login to Online Banking.)
