CommunityAmerica Welcomes Rhonda Pavlicek as Chief Financial Officer
Veteran credit union executive brings more than 30 years of financial leadership and industry experience to CommunityAmerica
Lenexa, Kan. (September 1, 2026) – CommunityAmerica Credit Union announced today that Rhonda Pavlicek has joined the organization as Chief Financial Officer.
With more than 30 years of financial leadership experience, much of it within the credit union industry, Pavlicek will lead CommunityAmerica’s financial strategy, helping position the credit union for continued growth while maintaining its strong commitment to safety and soundness.
Pavlicek joins CommunityAmerica after serving as CFO of two Texas-based credit unions, University Federal Credit Union and TDECU. A Certified Public Accountant and long-time advocate for the credit union movement, she brings deep financial expertise, industry perspective, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping members.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Rhonda to CommunityAmerica. She brings tremendous financial leadership, and more importantly, shares our passion for the credit union movement and helping members achieve financial peace of mind,” said Lisa Ginter, CEO of CommunityAmerica. “As CommunityAmerica expands nationally, Rhonda’s leadership will help us build on our strong financial foundation, allowing us to continue investing in our members and supporting the growing number of communities we serve.”
Dedicated to industry advancement and continuous learning, Pavlicek serves as a board member with ePayResources, is a past board member of Nacha, and previously served on the faculty for the CFO curriculum at the Consumer Bankers Association's Executive Banking School. She is also a graduate of the CUES CEO Institute and the CBA Graduate School of Retail Bank Management.
“I’ve spent most of my career in the credit union industry because I believe in the difference credit unions can make in people’s lives,” said Pavlicek. “I’m inspired by Lisa’s member-driven vision for CommunityAmerica and look forward to building on the credit union’s financial strength to help bring that vision to life.”
Pavlicek’s appointment follows the transition of Tim Saracini to President and COO of the credit union’s CUSO businesses. Saracini’s deep expertise in finance and business strategy will be instrumental as the credit union expands its CUSO capabilities to serve a national membership
