I’ve been in the mortgage industry since April 2002. When I first started, it wasn’t about money or experience—I had neither. What I did have was a mentor who recognized my ability to listen, ask the right questions, and truly understand a client’s needs. That skill translated naturally into mortgage lending, where the goal isn’t just providing a loan, but creating real value that helps people move forward.
My approach today is the same as when I began. I take the time to ask thoughtful questions to understand what my clients are trying to accomplish, whether they’re buying a home or refinancing. From there, I focus on narrowing down the loan options that best support both short-term and long-term goals. I believe the right mortgage starts with understanding the person first.
I want every client to have as much information as possible so they can feel confident making decisions about their home loan. Clear communication and education are essential to a smooth, successful experience.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active by playing senior softball and pickleball, going ATV riding, and traveling as much as possible with my amazing wife of over 27 years.
