I’ve been in the mortgage industry for 4 years and with CommunityAmerica for 8 years, and I love being part of an organization that is the #1 mortgage lender in Kansas City and proudly gives back to members through our Profit Payout.

 

I chose to become a mortgage officer because there’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone buy their dream home or seeing the joy of a first-time buyer at the closing table. Homeownership is one of the biggest financial decisions someone makes, and being able to guide members through it with confidence and peace of mind is something I truly enjoy.

 

My approach is to be open, honest, and transparent about the process and the options available. Mortgages are personal, and no two members will have the same preferences or goals. I take the time to walk through each route we can take, talk through their questions, and help them choose the option that fits best. My goal is always to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

 

Outside of work, I have a pitbull named Cooper, affectionately called the “House Hippo” by my family, who keeps life fun and entertaining.
