With 17 years of experience in the credit union world, I’ve had the opportunity to serve members in a variety of roles, from supervisor work to consumer lending, and most recently transitioning into mortgages. Even in this new space, what hasn’t changed is how meaningful it feels to help members navigate major financial decisions with authentic care. I’m excited to guide members through the mortgage process with their best interests leading the way.

 

Moving into a Mortgage advisor role felt like the right next step because it allows me to build on my financial services background while continuing to strengthen member relationships. I bring a creative mindset and a thoughtful, steady approach to every conversation, and my goal is for members to feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely supported as they choose CommunityAmerica for their home financing.

 

My philosophy is to keep the experience smooth and clear by being thorough, breaking the process down step-by-step, and making sure members understand all the moving parts. I also believe in highlighting what makes CommunityAmerica mortgage services stand apart, while always leading with appreciation, trust, and transparency so every member walks away with a positive experience.

 

Outside of work, I love traveling and sightseeing, especially in nature. Botanical gardens, waterfalls, mountains, beaches, and dolphin or whale-watch excursions are some of my favorite ways to recharge. I’m naturally creative and enjoy the arts, gardening, baking, music, and finding reasons to make people laugh. I’m grateful for any chance to give my time and kindness in ways that positively impact others.
