With nearly 25 years in the finance industry, I bring a well-rounded perspective and a strong commitment to exceptional service. My background spans consumer loans, branch management, call center leadership, and financial advising. Since moving into mortgage, I’m proud to maintain 100% survey scores that reflect the care and support I provide to every member.
A guiding motto I live by is:

Transitioning into mortgage lending was a natural next step, combining my lending experience, leadership skills, and desire to continue learning. My approach centers on identifying challenges early, setting clear expectations, and communicating proactively to create the smoothest possible experience for every member.
Outside of work, I love traveling, especially exploring beaches around the world with my husband. I’m also a devoted dog mom to Rocky and Artemis, and staying active—hiking, Orange Theory, and 5Ks—is a big part of my life.
