Members with multiple accounts or accounts with multiple owners will not receive multiple bonuses. Account must be in good standing to receive any bonus and member responsible for all applicable taxes. All CommunityAmerica accounts must meet membership eligibility requirements, including maintaining a membership share of at least $1. Receive a $100 bonus for opening a qualifying CommunityAmerica checking account (excludes Turning Point Checking and Student Checking). Bonus credited to the checking account within 60-90 days of membership opening.
Receive a $100 bonus for establishing a recurring Direct Deposit (defined as an aggregate of at least $500 each month) into new qualifying CommunityAmerica checking accounts within the first 60 days of membership. If direct deposit requirement is satisfied, bonus credited to the checking account within 60-90 days of membership opening.
Receive a $50 bonus for opening a Share Certificate (Certificate) of at least $1,000 within the first 60 days of membership. Bonus credited to the Primary Savings Account 60-90 days after membership opening. Share certificate terms available from 3 to 60 months and rates vary by term. For example, the 11-month certificate earns a 3.70% (APY). Minimum deposit to open Certificate is $500, with the exception of the Saver Certificate, which requires a minimum deposit of $50 to open. APY = Annual Percentage Yield. Assumes dividends are reinvested and the rate continues for a year. Certificate dividends are earned at the applicable term’s fixed rate until the Certificate matures.
