Anjana Paul

Anjana Paul is the Lead Product Delivery Manager at CommunityAmerica Credit Union’s Innovation Lab. She has been working in the banking industry since 2014 in product management roles that include consumer and co-branded credit cards and student lending. She has developed and launched over 50 banking products, managed direct mail and digital marketing, and supported branches over this time. In her current role, Anjana leads UX and Market research to provide member insights and feedback on products and services. She also runs a copywriting business and is a contributing content creator for several personal finance, entrepreneurship, and business websites. Between these endeavors, Anjana gets to work on her passions that include financial education, customer discovery, and building solution-driven bank offerings.

Anjana has a Marketing and Management degree from Kansas State University, an M.B.A. from Baker University, a Business Analytics certificate from The Wharton School, and a Design Thinking certificate from IDEO. She is also pursuing a User Experience Research and Design Specialization certificate from the University of Michigan.

Currently, she is a member Women in STEMM (WiSTEMM) that is part of Central Exchange. Anjana lives in the Kansas City area and loves to explore the city on weekends to find the best coffee and brunch spots. She recently got a new mini golden doodle puppy named Kai who she is working hard to housetrain.
