Scott Strickland
Scott Strickland is the President of the CommunityAmerica Insurance Agency. Scott leads an exceptional insurance team that is committed to providing the best insurance value for our members. Scott has spent more than 35 years in the insurance and banking, building insurance agencies for banks and credit unions across the United States. Scott joined CommunityAmerica Credit Union in 2017.
Scott is a Kansas City native; raised in the Hickman Mills area. He graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a BS in Accounting and went on to earn an MBA from Baker University and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from Webster University. Scott supports multiple local charities, primarily those involved in conservation and child development. In addition, he was appointed to the Board of Agriculture for the state of Kansas in 2017 and currently serves on the board for the Ranchland Trust of Kansas. Scott lives in the Kansas City area with his wife and enjoys spending time with their children and grandchildren.
