In her first five years as CEO, she has advanced the organization to more than $3 billion in assets and launched a series of new business divisions and strategies helping members achieve true financial peace of mind in their lives.
Whitney serves as the Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer at CommunityAmerica, overseeing the areas of brand strategy and brand growth, content strategy, social and digital engagement and management, product development, member/corporate communications and community engagement.
As Chief Information Officer, Ravi oversees the information technology organization at the credit union, including solution delivery, information security, infrastructure, digital strategy, architecture services, data platforms and support services. He has more than 30 years of experience driving long-term technology roadmaps that positions the organization for ongoing success and best-in-class member experience.
As CFO/CRO, Tim is responsible for the direction and oversight of all financial activities at the credit union, including accounting, treasury, finance, planning and forecasting, management reporting, risk management, fraud and legal. Tim has held positions of increased responsibility at the credit union since 2005.
As Chief Member Officer, Rick is responsible for the “voice of the member.” He leads CommunityAmerica’s member facing channels including Community Involvement, digital delivery, the Member Service Center and member operations. He has more than 34 years of experience driving exceptional member and customer service.
