With more than 35 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in a wide range of roles—including the memorable milestone of owning my own mortgage company. That experience shaped my understanding of the lending process and strengthened my commitment to exceptional service.

 

My career began after being genuinely impressed by the knowledge and guidance of the loan officer who helped finance my first home. That experience stayed with me and inspired my own approach: listen closely to every member’s needs and provide thoughtful options that support their goals.

 

Outside of work, I enjoy playing the drums and spending time with my grandchildren, who bring endless joy and energy into my life. One quote that guides me is:
