Mortgage Advisor
I’ve been in the mortgage industry for 32 years, and one of the accomplishments I’m most proud of is the longevity and loyalty I’ve had with each organization. I’ve only worked with three lenders throughout my entire career, which is rare in this industry and speaks to my commitment to building strong, lasting relationships.
I began in retail lending, and when the opportunity arose to transition into mortgages, I welcomed the challenge. It didn’t take long for me to realize how much I enjoyed helping people navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
My philosophy is rooted in the lessons my mentor taught me early on, and I’ve carried them throughout my career. These principles have shaped the way I support every member I work with.
- Never pressure anyone into a decision. Our job is to inform.
- Be transparent from start to finish.
- Respect fellow loan officers.
- Promise only what you can deliver, then deliver exactly what you promised.
- Never overcharge. Ethics elevate the entire industry.
Outside of work, I’ve been married for 32 years and have two grown sons. Family is a central part of my life and keeps me grounded and grateful.
A quote I live by is: “Pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered.”
To me, it’s a reminder not to take unnecessary risks and to stay focused on honesty, fairness, and long-term trust.
